Our expertise and use of high-quality materials means that our print colours are independently verified to last between 100 and 200 years.

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all unframed prints are despatched within 1–3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £5 for an unframed print of any size.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Young woman of the late Carolingian dynasty, c990 (1882-1884). The Carolingian dynasty was founded by Charles Martel (686-741) They became rulers of the Franks in 751 when Pepin the Short overthrew the last Merovingian king, Childeric III. The greatest Carolingian ruler was the Emperor Charlemagne (742-814). A print from La France et les Français à Travers les Siècles, Volume II, F Roy editor, A Challamel, Saint-Antoine, 1882-1884.
