Our expertise and use of high-quality materials means that our print colours are independently verified to last between 100 and 200 years.

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all unframed prints are despatched within 1–3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £5 for an unframed print of any size.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Portrait of Charlotte and Sarah Carteret-Hardy, 1801. Charlotte Savery Carteret-Hardy (1782-1850) and Sarah Carteret-Hardy (1780v1808) were the daughters of Lieutenant-Colonel Thomas Carteret-Hardy of the regiment known as the York Fuseliers. Charlotte became Mrs. Ralph Price in 1805, and Sarah married the topographer Daniel Lysons in 1801, the year this picture was painted. This work remained in the Hardy family until 1887.
