Our expertise and use of high-quality materials means that our print colours are independently verified to last between 100 and 200 years.

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all unframed prints are despatched within 1–3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £5 for an unframed print of any size.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Honore de Balzac, French novelist
Honore de Balzac, French novelist, 19th century (1956). Balzac (1799-1850) qualified as a lawyer, but abandoned the legal profession for literature. He was a prolific author of novels and, in particular, short stories, some of which are regarded as being amongst the greatest in the French language. A print from People, a volume about the origin and early history of many things, common and less common, essential and inessential, by Readers Union, the Grosvenor Press, London, 1956.
