Every framed picture is created by hand in our workshop by specialist framers.
Black, white, silver, gold or natural frames available, supplied ready to hang.
All our frames have a smooth satin finish, and measure 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Zoological study of a three-striped night monkey Aotus trivirgatus, a specimen of owl monkey from South America. Shown in profile on the ground and slumped as if asleep. With a background scene of forest and mountains. Plate 24 from The natural history of monkeys, by Sir William Jardine (Edinburgh, 1833) The Naturalist's Library. Mammalia. Vol.1. This new world monkey was first described by Alexander von Humboldt, whose 1811 work is referred to here by William Jardine. Referred to in the text as 'The Douroucouli'. The plate is inscribed: 'PLATE 24. AOTES TRIVIGATUS. Lizars sc.'
